MANAGING SALES PROCESS

Plan-Execute-Evaluate

Program ini didesain untuk membantu Sales Manager khususnya di industri Agrochemical untuk dapat mengelola aspek bisnis maupun aspek manusia dalam dinamika proses penjualan. Dimulai dari proses planning dengan melakukan serangkaian aktivitas seperti Territory Analysis dengan berbasis pada data sampai membuat monthly schedule. Pada tahap execution seorang Sales Manager dituntut untuk mengkomunikasikan Goal, melakukan sales coaching dan memberikan feedback positif maupun korektif kepada anggota timnya. Di tahap akhir Sales Manager harus mengevalusi dan memonitor proses penjualan secara seksama untuk memastikan tercapainya tujuan bisnis yang telah ditetapkan.
